Dr. Sneha Nikhil Pawar is a Consultant Pediatrician and a Certified Lactation consultant. She completed her MBBS from the prestigious B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, in 2010. After her MBBS, she completed her Diploma in Child Health from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, in 2013.
Dr. Sneha is passionate about treating the child as a whole, with wellness and disease prevention at the core of her practice. She believes that to maintain good health; one needs to address all the aspects of life: physical, mental, and social, and focuses on educating and empowering parents and children to take ownership of their health and wellness. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and a member of the Association of Lactation Professionals of India, her practice encompasses her formal lactation education and personal lactation experiences. Through her breastfeeding journey, she realized that although rewarding, breastfeeding can be challenging even when it is not your first time. Her compassionate and resourceful approach can help you with any uncertainties and challenges you encounter as you learn to feed your baby.
